Warranty & Replacement Parts Policy

Viper Tool Storage parent company is Viper LLC, and warranties are managed through Viper LLC.

Viper Tool Storage Warranty & Replacement Parts Policy applies to all products purchased directly from Viper Tool Storag, either in-store or online. This policy outlines what is and is not covered by the warranty and how to acquire replacement parts for your products purchased from Viper Tool Storage, including eligible items and the steps you need to take to register your warranty.  

Please note: our warranty does not cover products sold as discounted, clearanced, or in “as-is condition”. Our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is void if purchased secondhand or from consignment stores.

We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase for the for the as long as the original purchaser owns the product or for amount of time specified below.

Viper LLC obligation to repair or replace defective parts in accordance with the terms set forth herein shall be the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy. Viper LLC shall not be liable for any damage for loss of the product or consequential damages of any kind. The company neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other liabilities beyond the conditions set forth in this warranty, in connection with the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our limited lifetime warranty includes, but not limited to, the following items:

  • Tool Chests
  • Rolling Tool Cabinets
  • Wall Cabinets
  • Worktables

How Register Your Warranty

You must register your warranty within 30 days of purchase and will need a copy of your receipt. Please fill out our online form to register:

How to Use Your Warranty

If you believe this product is defective, please email at info@vipertoolstorage.com. Please let us know the model number, the date of purchase, and what the problem is.

Note: Troubleshooting may involve follow-up questions and requesting a photo of the product and its issue, as well as steps to resolve the issue.

If the product is defective and we are unable to repair it, we will replace the defective item. Do not return product to store, distributor, or us without written return instructions from Viper LLC. In the event it becomes necessary for your product to be returned, we will notify you how to proceed. A copy of your original purchase receipt must accompany the return.

Viper LLC warranty does not cover the shipping cost to return items through the warranty.

Not Covered by Warranty

Viper LLC warranty does not cover the shipping cost to send replacement parts.

Viper LLC shall not be liable for, nor shall this warranty include or apply to, any loss or damage caused by or resulting from the following:

  • Use of the product in a manner other than as specified in this product manual or use of the product beyond its rated capacity or specifications
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Floods, Fires, earthquakes, tornado, vandalism or other acts of nature, including windstorms, lightning and hail damage or any other insurable loss under standard fire and extended coverage plans
  • Abuse, misuse, negligence handling, improper or inadequate maintenance, tampering, or accident, including chemicals that can damage powder coat finish or cause rust
  • Accessories, alterations, attachments or other devices not furnished by the company
  • Failure of buyer to follow operating procedures or the instructions of the company, or to provide a suitable operating environment.

Upon receiving shipments, customers must inspect them before acceptance; Viper LLC disclaims responsibility for damage or missing parts post-acceptance. Damaged or missing parts will require a claim to be filed with the carrier (most likely with UPS, USPS, or Estes).

WARNING
• Do not open more than one drawer at a time.
• Keep children away.
• Lock ALL drawers before moving any workbench or roll around cabinet
• Apply brakes on casters when not moving unit if your unit has casters.
• Do not step in or on drawer.

Viper LLC reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time for any reason.
